What it is
Six Norse gods own an island. You just wrecked your ship on it. Every dawn you must appease them, and their asks vary — everyone knows one piece of the puzzle. Work till dark through whatever they throw at you. Weather the onslaught. Repair the boat, keep the sea willing, and launch before the island decides to keep you.

Every voyage that reaches an ending is written to a public archive: which day it ended on, how it ended, and how many of the crew made the water.
